What is The Legacy Atelier?
What is The Legacy Atelier?
The Legacy Atelier is TMC Fine Jewellers’ loyalty Program, designed to honour your journey over time. As you mark meaningful moments with us, you progress through chapters that unlock considered rewards, exclusive access and long-term benefits.
How do I join?
Simply create a TMC customer account. All registered accounts are automatically enrolled into The Legacy Atelier.
New members receive 100 points upon sign-up.
Is there a cost to join?
No. Membership is complimentary.
Do my points or tier expire?
Tier status does not expire.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned and expire automatically if unused.
Expired points cannot be reinstated.
How do I earn points?
How do I earn points?
Points can be earned through:
- Eligible jewellery purchases
- Reviews and photo or video submissions
- Referrals
- Social follows
- Anniversary entry
Eligible activities and point values are outlined in the Program overview.
How many points do I earn on purchases?
You earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible products.
What purchases are excluded?
Points are not earned on:
- Shipping or insurance
- Resizing, rhodium plating, repairs or warranties
- Service-related charges
- Gift cards or store credit redemptions
When do I receive points for instalment or deposit orders?
Points are awarded once the order has been paid in full. Points are not applied at the time of deposit.
When are points applied for reviews or referrals?
Points are applied once the activity has been verified by TMC Fine Jewellers and any relevant third-party platform.
Can I transfer my points?
No. Points are non-transferable and must be redeemed on the account they were earned on.
How do I redeem points?
How do I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed at checkout in accordance with fixed redemption tiers.
What are the redemption tiers?
- 1,000 points = $50 off (minimum spend $500)
- 2,000 points = $100 off (minimum spend $1,000)
- 5,000 points = $250 off (minimum spend $2,000)
Only one redemption tier may be applied per order.
Can I combine points with other discounts or sales?
Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discount codes or sales unless explicitly stated.
Can I redeem points on services?
No. Points cannot be redeemed against shipping, resizing, rhodium plating, repairs or other service-related charges.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
Any points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
What is the tier structure?
How do tiers work?
As you accumulate qualifying points, you progress through four chapters:
- Chapter One
- Chapter Two
- Chapter Three
- Chapter Four
Each chapter unlocks additional benefits, experiences and exclusive access.
Do I ever lose my tier?
Tier status does not expire. However, if refunds, cancellations or adjustments impact your qualifying balance, your tier may be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
Do Chapter Four members receive an entry reward?
Yes. Upon entering Chapter Four, members receive a one-time 500-point reward.
What are Birthday Rewards?
How does my birthday reward work?
Your birthday reward is issued 8 weeks prior to your birth date and remains valid for a total of 3 months.
Reward value is based on your current chapter.
Can I share my birthday reward?
No. Birthday rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed on your own account.
What happens if I don’t use it?
Unused birthday rewards expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be reissued.
What are Double Point Days?

Occasionally, TMC may offer promotional periods where eligible purchases earn double points.
Do Double Point Days apply to all products?
Not always. Eligible products and exclusions will be specified at the time of the promotion.
What is Co-Creation & Design Naming?
What does co-creation mean?
Members may be invited to contribute feedback or participate in naming new designs.
Do I own the design if I participate?
No. All designs, names and concepts remain the intellectual property of TMC Fine Jewellers.
Is there compensation for participation?
No. Participation does not include royalties or financial compensation.
What is The Lifetime Trade-Up Program?
What is the Lifetime Trade-Up Program?
Our Lifetime Trade-Up Program allows you to evolve your engagement ring by upgrading the centre stone, whether that means increasing the carat size or transitioning to a different gemstone type. This is subject to Program conditions.

Can a ring be traded up more than once
