Ring Collection Appointment
The moment you receive your exquisite ring is undoubtedly one of the most exciting stages of purchasing an engagement ring – second only to the proposal itself, of course. At TMC Fine Jewellers, we walk the journey with you, ensuring your experience is the highest of standard, every step of the way – including the collection, or delivery, of your beautiful ring.
Lifetime Servicing & Assessments
Ring Service Appointment – Drop off your piece at one of our Showrooms for complimentary servicing or assessment, where our experts ensure your piece receives the utmost care and precision. During this service, our jewellers will give your ring a professional clean and polish. If required, we will conduct a complimentary prong tightening. At this time we can also complete a rhodium plating at your request.
Ring Servicing and Ceremonial Band Consultation
Experience a one-on-one consultation with our Founders or expert Jewellery Consultants. This is your opportunity to discover the perfect ceremonial ring, learn about our craftsmanship, and ask every question you desire, all while dropping off your TMC piece for complimentary servicing.
Fine Jewellery Consultation

Do I need to book an appointment to visit a TMC Fine Jewellers showroom?
Yes, our showrooms are by appointment only. In securing a consultation, we can ensure you enjoy a relaxed one-on-one consultation with our founders or one of our expert Jewellery Consultants. Take this opportunity to discover your dream moissanite and lab-grown diamond engagement rings, ceremonial rings and fine jewellery pieces. Ask as many questions you desire and take this opportunity to learn about our process.
How many people can I bring to my appointment?
We offer limited consults, by appointment only, providing you with an intimate, personalised experience with one of our expert Jewellery Consultants. During your consultation, it’s your time. There’s no limit to the number of people, and absolutely no rules around who you can or can’t bring. Whether it’s a ring consultation with your partner, a bridesmaid gifting appointment, or trying on heirloom pieces with a friend or loved one — our Jewellery Consultants are here to journey with you.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, we work with international clients regularly. Book a virtual consultation via our website or contact our team to find a time that suits you. We also offer complimentary express insured shipping on all international orders, giving you added peace of mind.

We would invite you to book a Zoom consultation so we can meet you, learn about your love story and understand your vision for your dream ring. During this consultation, you’ll meet one of our passionate jewellery consultants and discuss all the divine details of your dream ring. Our mesmerising range of signature pieces will be available for you to view, allowing you to explore all the fine details that you love, and ask as many questions as your heart desires.

Can a ring be traded up more than once
Each eligible engagement ring may be traded up once only.
THE CRAFTING PROCESS
What is the turnaround time?
Every piece within our Signature Range is bespoke and made to order, with a crafting time of approximately 8-12 weeks.
Our Custom Design Process is a way for you to co-create a completely one of a kind ring with a crafting timeframe of 8-12 weeks.
Alternatively, we also offer a Priority Crafting Service as an expedited pathway to your dream ring in 4-6 weeks (currently unavailable).
If you’ve selected a piece from our Ready To Propose, Ready To Wed or Ready To Wear collections, please allow 1 week for resizing (if required) before dispatch.
What if I need my ring sooner?
We offer a Priority Crafting Service as an expedited pathway to your dream ring. We’ll fast-track your bespoke piece, crafting it within 4-6 weeks, while upholding the same meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines every creation. This fee incurs a fee of $750 AUD and can be selected via our Signature Ring Builder when designing your bespoke piece on our website.

How long do I have to approve my CAD?
If you’ve commissioned a bespoke ring from our Signature Range, you’ll receive a computer-aided design (CAD) within 1 week of placing your order. Once received, you will have 3 days to provide your approval. If we don’t receive confirmation within this timeframe, your design will automatically progress to the production phase to ensure your beautiful piece is crafted and ready for you within your chosen timeframe.

Will I receive updates on my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive regular communication from our team throughout your piece’s crafting journey. Upon completion, we’ll be in touch to help you book a time to collect your piece from one of our showrooms, or to provide your tracking information if you have selected delivery.
Please note, each update along your piece’s journey will be delivered to the email you provided at the beginning of your journey with us.

Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer a variety of interest-free payment plan options including Afterpay, Humm, ZipPay and PayPal Pay In 4. These plans allow you to split your total into smaller, manageable payments and can be selected during checkout.

Can I pay a deposit?
Yes, for bespoke or custom pieces, you may choose to pay a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. To arrange a deposit, please reach out to our friendly team via our website or email us at info@tmcfinejewellers.com.
What is your return and refund policy?
TMC Fine Jewellers does not accept change-of-mind refunds, credits, or exchanges on any pieces from our Signature Range. This includes, but is not limited to, engagement rings, ceremonial rings, fine jewellery, loose stones, and complete custom designs. Please refer to our full policy here.
Will I have to pay duties & taxes for my piece?
Duties and taxes (D&T) may be applicable to international customers and are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are outside of our control and vary depending on the destination country’s import regulations. It is your responsibility for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of potential charges prior to placing your order.
Will I have to pay duties & taxes for International Returns from a service?
If you’re sending your piece back to us from outside Australia for servicing, please ensure it is clearly declared as ‘Returned Goods – Warranty Service’ on all customs documentation. This is important, as the item is not a new sale and, in most cases, should not be subject to import duties or taxes.
We strongly recommend confirming the appropriate procedure with your local postal or courier service before shipping to help avoid unnecessary issues.

Do you offer a Lifetime Warranty?
TMC Fine Jewellers utilises only the highest quality gemstones, paired with impeccable craftsmanship to create special pieces that are bespoke, ethical, and affordable, that will truly last a lifetime. To reflect our confidence, all engagement and ceremonial pieces come with a limited Lifetime Warranty.
Do you offer Ring Servicing?
Yes, we offer Complimentary Lifetime Servicing. Carried out by our expert jewellers in our Brisbane workshops, this service includes a detailed inspection, a professional clean and polish, and prong tightening, if needed.
Over years of love and wear and tear, your prongs may need to be ever so slightly tightened, ensuring your beautiful gemstone is secured in place.
Our professional clean will gently buff out fine scratches or wear marks, restoring your ring’s radiant finish.

Can I have my ring resized later on?
Yes, when planning a proposal, choosing the perfect ring size isn’t always easy, especially if it’s a surprise. So, we offer one complimentary resize within the first 6 months of purchase, inclusive of up to 2 sizes up or down. After this period, resizing services begin at $80 AUD.

I lost my TMC box, how do I get another?
Thoughtfully designed to protect your jewellery, our TMC Ring Box’s are available to purchase and ensures your pieces remain protected, whilst at home or travelling.
